Me
I identify with many things. I grew up between a suburban and a rural landscape and am excited both by city life and the natural world. I am grateful for the way both of those can be found in Los Angeles. As a kid I became really passionate about improvisation through music and I love that therapy is also a dynamic, flowing practice. I enjoy being in the unknown and perhaps that’s what excites me about traveling as well. I also love to connect with people, a quality that definitely helped me learn Spanish and Portuguese. I am a brother, a son, a cat steward, a friend, community member and for reasons beyond my professional interest, strongly oppose AI relationship bots. I am trying to surf more, but still cannot believe how not-as-good as-I’d-like-to-be I am after nearly five years.I got a BFA from the University of Michigan, an MFA from the University of California Santa Barbara, and an MA in Clinical Psych from Antioch University here in LA.
